Rocky Road Cupcakes

Last Saturday was my new friend Roland's birthday, and I decided to get back into baking and create Rocky Road Cupcakes. I pretty much wanted to make anything with marshmallows. I used my favorite cake recipe because I wanted the cupcakes to be moist and just chocolatey enough without being too sweet. But next time I think I want to try this recipe instead.The cupcakes were a hit, and Saturday was ridiculously fun. After being anti-social for all of April, I was finally ready to mingle again. It was a great night to hang out with friends again.
