Solvang Food Diary

Talk about a fooding trip. We were supposed to go to Yosemite, but due to the storm that hit this weekend, we changed plans and decided to head down to Solvang, which is about a 5 hour drive away from the Bay. I hadn't been here since I was maybe 10, and all I remember were the pastries and the cute little dutch-style buildings. I have to dedicate this post to just the food.

**CAUTION: Do not read if you are hungry**

Note: the last two pictures on the bottom are Aebelskivers (basically cakey, pancake balls) and the sausage plate from the Hamlet House where we had brunch. It's a mixture of different sausages, with sauerkraut, fried potatoes, and gravy. ::insert stomach rumbling here::
